IMPORTANT NOTICE: Temporary Pause on Printing and Shipping
We're currently experiencing some technical difficulties
that are temporarily impacting our ability to print and ship physical orders.
What does this mean for you?
Digital Downloads: You can still access and download your digital materials as usual.
Physical Orders: Starting November 7, 2004, we're pausing printing and shipping for the time being. All order already submitted will be processed.

HOW TO ORDER
Decide on the items you'd like to order. Create a list or a document to keep track of the items you want.
Click the ORDER HERE button. It will redirect you to the order form on another website.
Once you submit your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive one, please
contact us.
Once you receive your items, email us a photo or note or tag us on social media, and tell us how you're using our materials!
Maximum Amounts
Each order has a 20-item maximum. Please select no more than 20 unique items in your order.
Maximum items per calendar year:
Promotional materials: 300
Posters: 10
Handouts and worksheets: 500
Guides: 10
If you need more than the maximum number of items, contact us at champcatalog@usuhs.edu.
Shipping Times
Total production and shipping times take an average of 3 weeks.
Production times can vary due to volume and types of materials ordered.
Shipping times can also vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS from Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
If you need your order within 3 weeks, please contact us. We may be able to rush some orders. We can also provide digital files so you can have items printed locally.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a limit on the number of orders I can request throughout the year?
No. But you or your organization need to stay within the maximum allowable limits stated above.
What if I have trouble ordering?
Send an email to champcatalog@usuhs.edu with the following information:
Name
Title, Organization
Email (military or government address)
Phone Number
Shipping Address
Material Name & Type (handout, poster, etc.)
Quantity (number of items)
Can I print these materials on my own printer?
Yes! Most of the files are downloadable. For professional-quality posters, reach out to us for larger, higher-quality, print-ready files.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.? What about my military mailbox?
Yes! We ship materials worldwide, including all U.S. states and territories. We can also ship to APO and FPO boxes.
Can I change any of the materials to customize them for my location?
We ask that you do not alter the materials in any way. Please contact us for a customized product.
My event is in 2 weeks. Do you process rush orders?
We can rush some orders. If you're in the Washington, D.C. region, you may also be able to pick up your order. Contact us to learn more.
What if I need a poster size that's not listed?
If you would like any material resized, please reach out to us.
How can I print Go for Green® materials?
Go for Green education and marketing materials are only available for download on this site.
Please use your local print office or order them through the
Health Information Products e-Catalog.
